Күн бұрынJake Neustadt - Vineyard Manager at Bedrock Wine Co. - prunes a young Semillon vine (4th leaf) at Bedrock Vineyard in Sonoma, CA. The vines are trained in a bilateral Guyot system, and pruned thoughtfully to maximize sap flow as they age.
