Hi sir i had injury in lower back in L5 S1 while doing deadlift 5 months ago. Had xray and doctor said spine is fine but minor se alignment out hai lower area ki. Mey regular ab lower back stetching and strength ki exercise kar raha ho like cat cow cobra etc but still sometimes i feel light pain with these exercise while sleeping specially .Due to this gym mey abhi back exercises with weights nahi kar raha aur na hi squat and deadlift kar rha ho. What should i do now? Zyada dair ek jaga standing se bhi lower side par zor aata hai.
