I hope you can continue this, because this is more a very interesting conversation than interview - of course with a fixed focus on Rou and Enter Shikari ... if that makes sense. And I had never heard of Enter Shikari before this, just to say that this was very good and it certainly retained my attention. And yes - gave me an urge to stick my toe into Enter Shikari sonic world - so to speak ;-). In short: Congrats and you did very good in spite being nervous.

And here we are! The first promised interview 😍❤‍🔥. To be honest I do not know their catalogue, the only time I heard them was when Ren (!!!) played their song on Twitch (and it sounded great), but if both you and him like them I need to dive into it - and the first few minutes of the interview only confirm it.

I usually don't comment on youtube but I had to comment on this one. I listened to a lot of interviews with Rou (as a big ES fan) but I really enjoyed this one, it really felt like a chat instead of an interview. Very thought-provoking interview, gotta love Rou and you did a great job interviewing him (even though you are fairly new to the band).

Thank you! It feels great hearing that. I was quite anxious going in. In fact I was so nervous I lost track of time. It was supposed to be 20 minutes!! Rou was incredibly gracious and quite honestly I really enjoyed the chat. He answered all of the questions that I had surrounding the band and their material, and his philosophy on certain things. Fascinating guy!
