I'm getting an ad0 code at start up and the scale will not work?

Scale stuck on a steady beep whenever I power it up, no response until l turn it off. Any suggestions?

It is a low power signal. Please charge the indicator and make sure the "recharge" light is on when you plug in the power adapter. Thanks

@primescales l charged the scale over night and turned it on and out is still giving that continous tone and the LCD panel is not lit. So I'm right back where I began.

please help, I have gone through the parameters as instructed. The last parameter where I try to enter the weight amount gives me a error 0.

Justin Fleming the reason why you got error signal because you need to turn the load unit 180 degrees, which means you installed wrong direction of the unit.

You need to apply the calibration weight on the scale when you are doing the P12. Thanks!

Ya mine is acting the same. It was working fine for a couple of weeks...now it just shows ad0 at start up. Again, it was working fine. I've already tried to re calibrate although the scale is not showing any deflection on the indicator so I cannot calibrate it
