I have a regular PS4 not Pro and I put it to 1080p on Chiaki PC, and it works but I'm wondering is it outputting at 1080p or 720p? I think it's 1080p but not 100% sure.

If you put it on 1080p, it'll stream 1080p but sometimes the internet is not good enough so the resolution/ bitrate decreases to compensate for the speed. To get better results, get better internet.

Try reinstalling the program. As an open-source project from a small team and we can't expect it to be polished like something official, it may have some quirks but don't hesitate to keep trying-I'm confident it will work for you!

Yes they are, but I found a fix, I hadn’t a VPN activated but my NordVPN app was opened, when I closed it the PS5 showed up instantly

NVM figured it out. You have to click right next to the arrow, once you did that it should show a flashing grey box. From there, you wanna press Ctrl V to paste the URL you copied after logging in. And it should work now Also, you may have to refresh the page if it doesn't show the grey flashing box.

Hey, can anyone help me, my ps5 simply doesn't show up on chiaki. All the configurantons are fine(since the sony ofical app for desktop works) but chiaki just don't find my ps5. Been trying for a couple days now...

If you have any VPN activated on the pc you need to turn it off then the PS5 will show. If you have no VPN but the pc and ps5 are on different Wi-Fi connections then you'll need to make sure they both are on the same Wi-Fi connection

Most people think they're on same network but are actually not which is why Chiaki faces detection issues. Tell me, Do you have multiple routers/boosters within your local network?

my chiaki isnt detecting my ps5. its on the same network and everything and i used the native ps remote play app on pc and it worked. i tried deleting the ps remote play to make sure it wasn't causing interference and its still not detecting.

Bro, I’m tired of of answering this question. Answered it multiple times, mentioned it in the video, people don’t watch the video attentively. Both of the devices should be on the network, even on the same mode of network. If PS5 is on Lan, your Remotes Play device should be too. Try this out and let me know if you face any issues.

hi, the official ps remote play app doesn't require the PC and PS5 to be on the same network. it just uses the PSN ID to work is the same case valid for chiaki as well? actually im in a different country right now than my ps5, and i want to remote play for the first time. will chiaki let me do it?

it works but you should add 1 important thing: Chiaki using a lot of cpu so using it on 2 core cpu won't work good I needed go down to 720p also cpu got about 70C (i7 6500U).
