I love how the Tetran Core appears right as its infamous song loops when "Death" is destroyed. Also, I wonder if that green planet we see in the background near the start of Stage 4 is the same world seen back in Gradius IV? Specially the one seen at the end of the CGI trailer (and plot-wise, the ending too) in "Gradius III & IV"?
