Most of the PS3 controllers have problems with the contact film where the carbon traces corrode. But it depends on what your problem is.

These ones I bought from a reselling friend. Most of the ones I get come from car boot sales or auction houses.

Still got this PS3 Superslim here if you want it. Online is banned but it turns on and the disc drive is fine.

To be honest with you mate the only thing I might use from it is the disc drive and I can buy a laser for under £10 from China. You would get more money selling it as spares and repairs on eBay. Appreciate the offer though mate.
