PS4: How to Factory Reset Back to Original Default Settings

Hey my friend has done this because his game keeps crashing. Well now apparently his PS4 is broken so I’m not sure what he can do. It’s ever since he downloaded MW it’s been crashing his whole PS4. Any advice?

@@SPPMoviesYT no it didn't delete anything you just have to log back in then download some games back for some reason only like two games deleted but I just downloaded them back and nothing was lost what sucked though is that through all this my PS4 fell and broke like 2 days later 😂😭

@@JayThePlug Yep! It was a cord issue. Found the right cord that connected both controllers.

High mate ive just bought a ps4 pro from ebay it still has the original owners account on it don't now there log in info and nor do I want it I have created my own psn acount .Will a full installation wipe them of it .ive just bought it for me and the wife as we've both had to take early retirement as the wife is not well manythanks
