this is the right way the only thing you left out is the thermal paste. some may have dried mine was . my ps4 didnt stay on until i disassembled it again, and cleaned the chip to reapply thermal paste. i used thermaltake, another is artic silver. work just fine. thanks bud

Yeah your right after I saw a few videos i should have done paste as well so if any person out there does it make sure to do the paste as well. I will do it next time I open the ps4 but so far so good ps4 still quite

helo, the issue is apu clamp and the screws... you can't tight very well that radiator. sow, when is not good contact between apu and radiator, the apu will overheat. try to add something under the clamp and tight better those screws. simple test: check whit you hand in back of the ps4, if is hot air? if is hot is good if not is bad.
