Ok so I figured out my problem so the parent account is the only one that can search up most of the games but the child can only search E rated games but If you play using the parent account you can change the email and password of that account to yours so your the parent but if you have a child account with your email and password you can’t

420 hayley So pretty much if you are using a child account even if you disable the child account stuff it won’t let you search it up because it’s 17 and up what you’re going to have to do is buy it on the parent account and then just play on your child account

@@munibamoin1735 apparently u need to get the same region, so if you bought DMC5 and the region is like europe, make sure your account is also europe,. if it's anything BUT europe then you there's no solution, unless you contact Playstation

That means you've missed the window ,for example ps plus games get released every month for three weeks and if you don't at least add it to your library in that time period then you won't be able to get the game for free at all . Once the monthly games drop add them to your library then you can download them at a later time whenever you want . But you have to add them before the next months games are added . Also next to the button where it says 20 bucks just to the left of the price there should be a free button that's what you push then it'll say add to library or download
