Huge problem with Sony controllers that still exists in the DualSense; when you connect your controller to your phone or another device, it will no longer connect to your ps5 unless you have another controller to select the first one with in the settings

I found a fix, you can use your remote just like a controller

@@syyycoolguyfyy6981 start the console. The first screen says "press the ps button" or smth. Press the select button on the remote. Now the remote should be connected. Go into settings > accessories > bluetooth accessories > press on the controller and delete it > turn the controller on (like when you're connecting it to other devices) then select it again in the bluetooth accessories section. If you didn't understand it send a social media account so I can send a tutorial. Hope this helped ͡° ͜ʖ ͡

I FIXED IT, ALL YOU NEED IS A NEW CHARGER CORD OR USE A SPARE ONE AND CONNECT THEM WITH THE CONSOLE AND CONTROLLER. Worked for me at least!!

Thank god I have a smart TV, I was just able to sign into my ps5 account using my Samsung TV remote controller and going to settings and from there I just synced the ps5 controller using the bluetooth method

If that dose not work and you have two controllers you can go to setting accessory’s Bluetooth Bluetooth accessory’s hold the share and ps button and click duelsense wireless controller

have you tried turning off your phones bluetooth. while you try connect to ps5 again, try via usb as well.
