How do you get the chat to stay up along the side like in the PS4? I can’t see while I’m playing then have to keep my phone up itself to read the chats, super annoying.

I play with a party of 3 online and I want to start streaming but I don't want my in game party chat to have to listen to me talk to my stream. Is a way to do this on the PS5?? If not currently , will the introduction of discord on the PS5 change things?

@Sirius Monkey....My voice audio does not work at all. Ive tried a million times, All of my sound settings are good on my USB mic. But everytime I record my gameplay, I can never hear my voice...This is so irratating.😡

Hello tha toks64! One of my viewers posted a comment a few days ago which might help you, see below: Steven Wesley Guiles @Sirius Monkey OMG. I finally figured it out. AFTER ordering an official Sony headset (which I will be returning now). PS Button Game Base (bottom of screen) Options Button (3 lines on top of each other) - small button to right of touch pad Select “Go To Game Base” Move selection to th right to adjust the settings icon Voice Chat Settings Share Your Voice = ALLOW DISABLE GAME CHAT AUDIO - TURN LEFT/OFF!! (This was the ONE setting that was wrong). Sheeesh I had "disable game chat audio ON for some reason. It is almost like a double negative..which was why it was confusing.

@@SiriusMonkey yes mic works on the PS5, Controller speaker works on PS5, usb mic works on PS5, None of these put out audio with the PS5 camera when I go live with PS5 camera.

Mine isn't working and I'm so bummed because I have all of these settings! I'm using a Hyper X headset. It works when I test the mic...but it won't broadcast it for some reason. :(

@@SiriusMonkey Ok, so, on the PS4, I could use my HyperX Cloud Alpha Pro Gaming Headset to broadcast my voice OVER the game audio in a livestream (on both youtube AND Twitch). it worked fine. Now on the PS5 I have the same headset. The headset works. I can even here my voice back on the microphone check in the Broadcast options when you're setting up your sound. But it won't play my voice in the stream. It WILL play the game audio. But no voice. Thanks for responding!

@@StevenWesleyGuiles If you can hear it on the PS5 and you friends can hear you in the voice chat it should work 😶 I paid special attention to include every single step in the video, are you 100% sure no setting is missing ?

Not directly on the PS5. You would have to stream via PC..
