I would like to highlight an important point: if your credit or debit card doesn't get added after two attempts, do not continue trying multiple times. PlayStation will block your payment method and display the message, 'There have been too many failed connection attempts. Give it some time and try connecting later.' In such cases, you'll need to wait exactly 24 hours from your last attempt, not from the first one. Therefore, please avoid trying to add multiple cards repeatedly.

I didn’t know this issue would occur, so I tried 5 to 6 times and got a timeout around 6:00 PM. To be safe, I added my card the next day at 7:00 PM. 2. Before adding the card, I enabled the international usage option in my banking app. 3. I also updated my residential address in my PS profile to match exactly with my card's address. Note that PlayStation is strict about special characters.
 After completing these steps, everything worked fine. i hope it works for you to. Best luck.

Let it be Epic Games, Steam, XBOX, PS or whatever. Make sure it's a Mastercard or Visa card. Sony, MS, EGS and Steam are foreign companies so they don't support RuPay card. But will support Mastercard and Visa card
