Marvel's Avengers is a 2020 action-adventure game developed by Crystal Dynamics and originally published by Square Enix. Based on the Marvel Comics superhero team the Avengers, the plot follows Inhuman teenager Kamala Khan, who gains superpowers during A-Day, a celebratory day for the Avengers, which ends in tragedy following a terrorist attack. Blamed for the disaster, the Avengers disband and allow science corporation A.I.M. to take their place. Five years later, when A.I.M. threatens to eliminate all Inhuman individuals, Kamala embarks on a quest to reassemble the Avengers to combat this new enemy.

they should’ve made it open world, it would have fit so much better with the gameplay. my main issue with the game is just that the worlds you play in feel extremely limited

@@180_Angel they really do .. to the point where it’s frustrating to try and explore.. I also remember the missions being frustrating… like defend the circle missions…. But I never bothered playing story mode .. because I just wanted to play as the Avengers.. an open world .. and different mission designs would’ve saved this game… imo … like a 4 to 6 hour chapter for each character… so much wasted potential

As an avid fan of Black Widow, I’m grateful she was finally included in a Triple A game, but the game just didn’t support her style like I expected. Yes she did get a single story mission that was mildly catered to espionage, but for the rest of the game it just felt like she was another superhero. There’s no stealth elements, no alternative routes like taking an air duct instead of jumping onto another catwalk, or observing all her enemies to see which she could remove stealthily first. Catwoman’s gameplay and levels in Arkham City felt much more immersive as a sleuth because the level was built around stealth and tactical elements. Widow’s mission is just written, composed, and acted out to feel like a super spy’s mission, but the gameplay itself is still just a beat ‘em up level unfortunately.

This game is awesome, i still play it to this day. Never gets boring and gameplay is so fun and has really good challenge. The combat is really complex and deep just how i like it. Im bewildered that people think its so bad

X-men not being in this game is why it disappeared off market place. I miss this game. Imagine if it was extreme. And rated M. And more open world. Eventually we’d make our own character. And evolve. This game and Starwars outlaws should have a baby or 4. And double the multiplayer and missions and triple the map size.. and accessibility for players. Keep it seamless and sci-fi. Make it darker and harder and scarier.

This game set standards. I hope we see another installment of this game and Gotham knights. With the all the plot holes in both games they could fit together like a puzzle.. think clone wars maybe. This game needed X-men and it never happened 😢😅who can explain why? And who else sees a pattern?
