However ps3 is obviously slower which ps4 is a bet more faster to load into the game than ps3, so what ever he did to make the ps4 slower isn't true cause i had my ps4 slim and it was loading pretty quick just as fine as it supposed to do plus i took care of it, but had to let it go to get the ps5 slim and its fast.

SSD. If you have a ps4 pro you can put a cheap ssd in it to help. Regular ps4 you can too but won't get the full benefit.
