My ps5 makes that sound, the fan speed goes up and down, even if I'm not doing anything, is that normal?

I return mine earlier luckily I bought mine at Costco. I have yet to open it some people say some ps5 slim does it and some don’t. So hopefully my new one doesn’t do it.
