Any issued signed card before I believe the year is 1998, has to be submitted to PSA/DNA. They will not grade it. That's their policy.

Ditto on the comment about the card release year for PSA/DNA. seems bizarre if it’s got the cert of authenticity on the back of the card, but I would imagine not all cards had that at the time. So weird on the larger holder, I think that devalues the card / resale. Super random! Thanks for sharing.
