Also, in John 15 Jesus talks about himself being the true vine. We are the branches. “Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me.” ‭‭John‬ ‭15:4‬ ‭ Rest, abide, and trust in Jesus as the stream of life. The bread of life, who gives life unto the world.
