The Bible tells us that Christians will inevitably suffer--that we will share in the sufferings of Christ. But we will also partake of His joy. Try to figure out what God is trying to show you, and understand that He is ever with you in trouble. On the positive side, misery is a builder of spiritual endurance. And, one way or another He will deliver you out.There are so many Scriptural encouragements in the Bible to build us up. Staying in the word of God and in prayer can help strengthen and anchor us when we're "going through it," even concerning chronic distress. I too am experiencing a challenging tribulation. Please remember that: "All things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose." (Romans 8:28) If you are His He will sustain you/hold you up. I am praying for you in the specific hardships you're facing. If you care to, please do the same for me. May God ever bless and keep you and yours. 🙏
