The phrase "Ponder anew, what the Almighty Can Do!" Is one of my favorite lines of any hymn. So often I've seen in my own life, the Lord do something wonderful but, at the same time not at all what I anticipated. I've found it to be the case that any notion of what I think will happen in a given endeavor, will not happen, and at the same time God do something that completely subverts my expectations. It's almost like every time I'm doing that, I'd better think again, or as the Hymn writer says "Ponder anew." . . . Praise to The Lord! I'm so glad He knows what He's doing. Hi I’m Hadyn! We have another KZbin channel and online platform, where we are making new original indie-folk tunes to the words of old Hymns to try and bring these rich words to those who don’t listen to hymns. That is so true! Just when I think I've got a situation all figured out, God does something that blows my mind! His creativity, knowledge, and understanding are astounding! I like to imagine that the Lord laughs kindly at my ideas for solving problems. 😄❤️

@@dawnmichelle4403 Yes, and if you're anything like me Dawn, often when my ideas of solving problems are carried out into action, they often give rise to other problems haha.

So very beautiful 💕 this is the scripture that came to my mind as I was listening to this beautiful song. Hebrews 10:24-25 24 And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, 25 )not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.

Thanks for sharing this Mary. I was actually just debating whether I could spare the time to go to a bible study this week, and I read your message. Needless to say it gave me a definitive answer. Yes. Thanks for sharing, and I'm glad this version was a blessing to you!
