I can only imagine the pain and anguish David experienced when his own friends betrayed him! Similar to Jesus’ knowing that Judas would betray him! Pray for strength for the journey. Trust in God. Thank you! 🙏🏽

Someone who is saved and follows Jesus. Well, think about him all the time. Our day is dominated by him. So how can you try and live without him? Thoughts of him prevail between ninety and ninety five percent of my day. Jesus dominates every aspect of my life. So it's incredible that at times I sin. Willfully, but I do it as david did. Thank goodness jesus has a sense of humor.

Does this have to do with our faith also? Like David, I'm sure he had plenty of faith in God because his words of wisdom and the way he talks to God as his best friend in the world. I really admire that about David. No matter what the situation, he goes, he talks to God. Not someone of this earth. God would not betray David. God won't betray us. We can't lose our faith in the Lord. 🙏❤🙏

There's a misinterpretation that we should strive for perfection. This is unrealistic. It can cause shame & doubt that lead to disillusionment--a spiritual handicap. God used flawed people moreso than pious well-to-do status quo Pharisees or Jewish High Council. Life is experiential & God values wisdom & knowledge gained therein for His use.
