Don’t stop, be grateful for what you have, Mark 1: 35-45 is a story of how Jesus found a leopard and the man said, “if you are willing, you can heal me.” And Jesus told the man, “ I am willing, be healed.” And the man was healed. I think we forget that God is willing to heal us, we just need to ask him.

As he sings about God raising up a standard when the Enemy comes in like a flood I’m reminded that the fight is not in the flesh. We overcome in the enemy’s attacks on our peace and joy as we lay at His feet, not by fighting with our mental strength. “I worship.” That’s the answer. Give up the fight in our own strength and just worship. It’s really that simple. Letting God raise up the standard is a place of rest. “Power belongs to You Lord and with you unfailing love.” Amen.
