It doesn’t get more embarrassing than this. Kansas State lost to an 0-3 Division 2 team that was missing their head coach. I do have to give credit to Fort Hays State, because they played an amazing game, but this is still flat out humiliating for Kansas State.

They're that way in football this year too. Oklahoma started off bad and ended up in the conference championship anyway. Kansas State lost to Arkansas State, the preceded to beat Oklahoma and went 4-1, just to lose 5 straight, one of those losses came from Baylor who has only beaten 2 schools. Ironically both of those wins game from being both Kansas and Kansas State. Iowa State got upset by Louisiana but also ended up in the conference championship game

Everyone surprised that a D2 team beat a power five D1 team...The skill/athletic gap isn't nearly as wide as some may think esp for basketball and soccer programs and esp for the top tier D2 programs. Junior colleges and NAIA also have a lot of hidden talent.

Fort Hayes state will keep the winning up if they keep shooting the ball like that. They were on fire. When it comes down to it basketball is basketball. A lot of guys in D2 could play D1 but there are only so many spots. The only difference is that guys were ranked higher in D1. That really doesn't mean anything at a certain point
