FINALLY someone posts a simple side by side comparison of these two bows. The bow has been out for weeks and this is the video I've been waiting for. Love your videos man. No frills, no bs, just straight forward info.

I believe there is a shim kit for the cable guard, which I guess is more reliable. And for people with large hands they also refined the cut out above the grip.

Nothing better than Steve doing a bow review. Oh, and Steve Hanh to go on MFJJ and Tim Connors podcast

55# on the fast cam Steve! Drawing an extra 5# wears you out at the end of a long day. What's the bet pro shooters will source out the old cable slide to retro fit to the 2025 model? That's the first thing I would do. The arched bridge on the front of the new riser will reinforce against riser flex at full draw. PSE may have collated some data on that, which would be interesting to see.

You can still move the cable slides with plates, it’s a more ridged system and looks much better. As the bow come from the factory you only get 2 options but I think they will start selling different sized plates soon.

I've heard very good things about this bow from people I know and trust that had the chance to try it at the recent Field World Championships in La La Biche. I'm looking at this bow as an option for my main outdoor bow for 2025 as I need a faster bow to replace my Supra RTX in that regard.

Interesting to see how the adjustable grip feels.

The machining of the riser was to lighten it up. Is it lighter? Tell us! The shoot through riser has a different (top biased) weight balance and is easier for me to live everything up (strings, rest, etc)..

No roller cable guard? Give me the 2024.

It's not necessarily a bad thing, a traditional slide can be beneficial

I was on the same idea, bought a Remedy for 3D insead of a Rezult at the time because the Rezult did use a plastic clider whereas the Remedy has an adjustable metallic roller guard. But the thing is my Remedy's roller guard is chewing the serving of my cables, so I'm not sure if rollers are better anymore. Anyway, this year Dominator is too close to the old one to justify a jump; if you come from and older bow the DD just won the Vegas shoot two years in a row and is a tested platform. I'm waiting for a Verdict replacement since I don't like shoot through risers.

I remember looking at pro archer's bows from the past year and noticing how they had changed their cable guard to a non-roller one. It doesn't seem to be the big deal that a lot of people are making it out to be. If I recall correctly both Kris Schaff and Mathias Fullerton, the last two Vegas winners, were using simpler cable guards on their Dominators.

I shoot TAP roller cable slides on both of my 2024 Duos.

The oposit. A lot of people replace the roller with the teflon. Much more reliable and friendly to cable serving. Look at your serving which is under the rollers. Do you see it?

Not sure if its fair to compare this to Hoyt yet. New targetbows coming soon with little information floating around

By installing the Cable Rod without adjustment, PSE degraded the quality of the bow, I am no longer interested. They are walking backwards

This is one bow I would never consider owning....you either like a shoot-thru riser or you don't....and I don't.
