Quick explainer on pseudoplaques. They look like pleural plaques, but they aren't. They are in the lung. Usually seen in sarcoid.

Hello good evening sir Nice and crisp explanation regarding pseudoplaques sir Sir i hav a doubt regarding a different topic How can we distinguish between a vanishing lung due to large bulla from a pneumothorax. Also is there any morality of help incase the patient comes in an emergency.

if there is a large loculated pneumothorax, it can be difficult to tell the difference between that and a large bulla.
