Folks, Sohyang does NOT sing. She is given the gift of a voice that is a pure musical instrument - think of a Stradivarius violin. But, her instrument exceeds the violin, because it can form words. Together with that, she is a musical genius and can play her instrument with the skills of a Virtuoso. Her Live singing sounds like a Studio recording because the outcome from those gifts is, predictably, flawless. Cheers.

After all the health issues that she's had to overcome throughout her life, every video I've seen since the Freedom song that she did with Petra would indicate that she's happy, healthy, and full of energy. It almost seems like she's in her prime right now, in her mid 40's. That's inspiring to me, and she's amazing. She has a full album coming out, maybe in October.

@williamsroberte4213 37 minutes ago This classic 90's power ballad, performed incredibly well by So Hyang was also composed by her song writing group C.P.K. (she's the K -> Kim So Hyang, P -> Petra, C -> Chae Dohyun). I think this song would be great for an OST or even the title song for a movie. And. so far, she's done it all just for the love of music and the hope that her performance will comfort and encourage even one listener. This is a Grammy worthy song/performance though, and even if she's not going for fame and fortune, she just might get some anyway. God Bless and keep So Hyang!

To be fair, though, she's been writing songs, mostly in Korean, for many years, especially with her band called POS (the name is based on the Greek word "phos", which means "light"). She co-wrote this one with Petra and another guy. It might be her best song in the English language to date. But maybe there are more in that upcoming album that is slated for an October release. I heard it will be distributed by Warner Alliance. I also heard Nathan East, one of the most in-demand session bass players in the world, plays on it.
