17:30 Kinda wished that F3 drivers and the current F2 2024 drivers were in the game because it gets boring having the same bland driver market. If F3 is not possible then surely adding every reserve driver and updating the driver market with the brand new F2 update typically in September/October is possible. Hate how drivers like Antonelli, Colapinto aren't usable in carrer mode and reserve drivers like Vandoorne and Schumacher aren't even in the game. Also I'd love to have regens like in Fifa where they appear in the game once a driver retires.

Agreed!!!. I want F3, karting, and regens/pregens. This can also mean career can be up to 15 seasons too. 😁

One thing I'll add is in my career save Zhou and Perez are teammates at alpine and that happened in season 3

I know this is ridiculous but genuinely up until the season Ocon wins the championship I think this has really plausible story lines. Red Bull falling off replace aging and useless Perez with young and useless Logan as a pay driver to help keep Max competitive. Lewis going back to McLaren for one final season after flopping at Ferrari and winning is poetic.

@ even that isn’t outside the realms of possible really, would anyone have expected McLaren to have the best car on the grid now when you look at their performance in the 2010s? I think a lot of random stuff that no one would expect happens in F1 but then when it happens in the game everyone says it’s crazy 😂 having said that I can’t ever see Ocon winning a championship lol. I think the F1 game really lacks context to why things happen which is the biggest failure of career mode but if you can attach your own story lines to the random things that happen then you can have a good time imo.

in my head, ea should make an only f1 game, and make every year an DLC for the season, like the "2025" or 2026 Season DLC, and then you can make an career starting in like, 2010 season and every season the cars or regulations changes, that would be way cooler

Alex winning two titles is wholesome. Helmet quality is still low in the winning cutscenes. Been an issue for several years. The career complete screen being broken is the ultimate middle finger from the game, lol. Arthur Leclerc making McLaren like Ferrari with Gilles Villeneuve and Didier Pironi (okay, one of them was French Canadian but... you get the idea).

@@macrossMX As far as I can tell the driver rating change is the same regardless of if a driver is racing or not. That's one area where F1 Manager 2024 is better as, spoiler for that video, Sargeant ends up being higher rated than Norris just by having fewer seasons not in F1

One thing I've realised from this vid is R&D needs to drastically change. It's insane how boring development in this game is. Every career should have a different car performance outcome at the end of the 10 seasons instead of everyone's career mode by s10 having the same performance chart. I will admit it was cool to see multiple world champions in the vid

@@Yung_Lowdown59 The 10 season cap is ridiculous but when you consider how small and quite frankly bare bones the driver market then I guess I see why there's not that many seasons. F1 Manager driver market in these Codies/EA games would be amazing
