@@zeo797 I know this question wasn't for me, but for someone who plays on Dolphin also (157 HUcast), I prefer the pure experience of the original game more or less. If I am going to put the time in finding a Sealed-J Sword, I am doing it as close to the original as possible lol.

@@RedLegend1988 That is a fair response. The reason I asked is ephinea is as close as it comes to vanilla among the private servers with nice QoL improvements. Recently they added blocks for the FULL vanilla 1 to 1 experience like it was on Gamecube. Personally it is sometimes a struggle to play this game on my gamecube, because I don't have a good CRTV. Playing it on 1440p with HD textures has been a blessing haha

@@zeo797 Hilarious that you responded. I JUST started Ephinea last night. Level 16 RAmar and I had a really great time actually. Just go in expecting a different PSO experience and an open mind and it is a lot of fun so far. I will admit. We tried taking down Falz but none of us survive the Divine punishment so it was a chain of moons reviving eachother. It was hilariously fun.

that mag saved your but , because i dont think you had the hp to survive that hit (ultimate dark falz) my sisters and i used to play on my gamecube on weekends (2003), we started at 8pm and finished at 5am. (offline mode) i was lv 121 my sisters, 100,97,95 i did not knew about the duping mode or stacking weapons (tbh i just learned that trick today! and i thought by now i knew anything!) we still do some gaming today, we had a good run on 7dtd. anyway, thanks for the video it was entertaining

You are supposed to be a life and death gambler since you have that image as your profile picture, not a pso speed runner. Of all the games you could play or projects you could do in pso, you choose this?

My room mate and i would play this back in 2004 online. The funniest thing was he had a tons of hacked items in the beginning when he just started playing in teams for xbox. He later found out they were Duped Weapons he had and deletd his character and started over. It cracked me up cause he made such a huge stink about the cheating online i tried telling him thats how people play and he got angry not only with me but them. He was one of those _"Legit'_ people you would see on the Sega servers. Its always stuck with me as a joke. He eventually stopped playing the game. I thought the duped items were fun cause the game would drop rate would never let you get them otherwise.

I imagine a run wouldn't be accepted using the Ives vanilla iso on a dreamcast?

I don't know enough about said iso to give you a definitive answer. But, if there are no gameplay or load time differences, I don't see why not.

i really dont suppose you could do a few more videos playing this. im trying to relearn everything and relive my childhood but i bet theres ways to really improve my gameplay. if anything some how to videos ,explaining mechanics or lore. Great game!!!

I'm playing PSO Ver.2 on Dreamcast and I'm not going to another system till next year so good old Dreamcast so I'm playing PSO Ver.2 Quake III Arena UT99 and its going to be fun good thing I got a SegaNet keyboard and Dreamcast mouse for Quake III Arena and UT99 I'm hoping on getting 2 Dreamcast Arcade sticks for Soul Caliber and KoF: Evolution honestly at least it be worth it in the end

hello my name claudio i bought back the used gamecube and the pso ep 1&2 game i must confess that replaying this beauty made me rekindle good memories unfortunately i can't reuse the game because it was used and the codes have already been used by the old owner and then i don't know if the servers are still online after so many years, anyway, I need to buy an old gamecube memory card with a character that has all the material available at the time and I remember that there was everything, including illegal ones, such as weapons, armor, accessories, mags, etc. I am willing to any human figure of course ..... thanks let me know something

so you stacked busters in very hard and sold them in ult so that you could stacks busters again? what? Also this is a category we willl never see glitchless uh? Ah well.

You can only stack weapons via buying them in the shop. You CAN swap any weapon into the stack once it's there though. So I could put my busters in the stacked slots after I created the weapon stack from the shop, but that's significantly slower than just buying the new busters. As for glitchless All Difficulties, it'd take (given a "reasonable" amount of luck) 20+ hours and I am simply not capable of doing anything for that long. I'd have to break it up into multiple segments / across multiple days.

@@verallix Ifinally got the notification of your answer, sorry for the late reply. What I meant was, you already had busters stacked but you ditched them to stack busters again. I would understand if you had... Palash? Gladius? instead, but stacking the same type of weapon again doesn't strike me as much of an upgrade. glitchless all difficulties also strikes me as very tedious. I don't thin my dreamcast work anymore so I can't really play around with that idea...

@@verallix I watched again and apparently the stack is deactivated when you start back in the new difficulty, that's why you had to sell and re-buy. I didn't notice the first few times around.
