This was really useful! I didn’t know about SSAs being able to transfer regardless of slots. I almost wanted to upslot the fodder SSAs to transfer to my main weapon.

The event is going on right now with free augments affixes and free weapon enhancements and they're giving away weapons with the S grade augments too as we begin the Road to Story Ch 6. I was going to try it and....yeah, I saw the "DESTROYED" in red and freaked out and stopped everything to watch this video first. It really helped me understand it. Thank you!

Thanks for the great content. Could you maybe make a series of video ( or one big video ) giving us tips for each class and what they should do in regards to weapons and SGA ? Thanks for the video you explained everything well. However I am confused about one thing. You said he patient and keep the Atlas gun blade around so you can transfer it’s S4 to other weapons. However when you transferred an S grade from your partisan or pole arm it went away. Would you just need to augment the partisan to have the S Grade pop up again?

It’s exactly as you said! You just augment the partisan and it’ll have 100% chance to get the S3 vitality ability again.

Trying to get 8s weapon from upslotting without any SSA is really a gacha pull rate. With 40% affix boost we're hoping to hit 70% x8. That's 6% overall to have all 8 affixes succeed. Another tip is when you want to transfer SSAs ie. S1 from a fodder weapon to your base weapon, if your base weapon already has an S1 on it, you can simply swap your SSAs across. So your base's SSAs will end up on your fodder, and your fodder's SSA will end up on your base. TL:DR SSAs are a permanent keep (which is why some of them get ridiculously priced later on once we start getting some that changes the way our weapons work)

so i have a weapon with 5 affixes that gimme: 185 mel 90 range 90 tec 35 def against all 35 hp and 14 pp What should i do now? Going for S abilitys? trasfer them over after or before on a s-argument weapon? Do i have to upslot then? God this is so confusing. x_x

yeach I have same concern, if I should make atlas upslot to 7/8 than transfer augment from old weapon and add SFA? Or if I have 5 aug in my nemesis and atlast has 8 and I do transfer I will lsoe 3 slots or how it works ...

@@jozefpawelec807 i think i go with brand new weapon upslot them to 8 affixes go for the s affixes (because they are 100% save) first and then do the other 4 normal affixes. Unless augument teansferpasses dont scale with the s-affixes, but since they take up an normal slot im pretty sure you have to pay for 8 affixes.

I am thinking about transfer s augment but I am not sure how that work - I was thinking to make atlas gunblade, transfer s4 to other weapon, up slot to 8 than transfer my raven 5slot+3 affix add and then transfer 4 s augments (if it works than I can select which one I want replace). But like I said I have no idea of this is valid scenario xD

at 2:30 what you say is wrong, S augment don't transfer with transfer passes, the only way to transfer them is via the Transfer S-grade augment and only on weapon compatible.

Unfortunately I do not know of any methods which can prevent the down slotting.

@@keroppi No worries, i was able to figure it out. As long as both weapons carry a Sgrade Augment, Both weapons will swap over the S1 augment to each other. It seems only regular augments don't carry over, which makes sense. Appreciate the reply.

So the S1 amp SAF from the trailblazer... Now, I am a self confessed idiot at affixing, I have to affix that augment onto a fodder piece to gain access to that S1 augment but then my trailblazer will be consumed right? I am about to transfer augments from a low tier weapon with amazing affixes onto my profound weapon and have all the bit to instantly make the trailblazer and would then like to have that specific S1 put onto it which is simple but don't know how to get the S1 amp without losing the trailblazer....

Very informative, but im confused about a bunch of things (english is not my primary language): 1) basically S augments are a better and more secure version of normal ones? 2) why i don't have to worry about the number of slots? S augments are 4 and there still could be room for normal ones 3) why do i need 2 weapons of the same number of slots of the weapon recipient, if i just have to transfer them? Ex: if my val has 6 slots, i could just need 2 weapons with 3 and 3 slots to port everything there, couldn't i?

I main the hero. I'm not sure what i should do about the s4 on my sword. I love sword but i dont have gaurd ability unless im missing something here. So the s4 that comes with the sword is usless. Can the sword s4 be changed into something else?

In your opinion, would affixing S1 aggressive will and S3 aggressive will be a good idea? 4% on top of damage. My ophistia rifle has precision 5, mastery 3, astral soul, modulator, sentence tyro and spirit 5. Haven't given a thought to S2 yet, maybe something with pp boost but slotting in the aforementioned S1 and S3 over mastery 3 and spirit 5.. Lose plus 15 all and 5pp. My base damage is 3500. Does it sound like a a good move? Losing 15 damage and 5pp but adding 4% base damage?

so if u use the val weapon as the base then just use 2 random fodder u can have the actual s augment factor affix on the same weapon it came from ? also ur final weapon the katana with the 4 s affixes could u upslot that weapon and add normal affixes and the s ones remain or carry over somehow ?

Question is it possible to exchange my Atlas sword for a gunblade to get the lifesteal and then exchange it back into the sword would it be possible as long as I have the Mats I have my S1 to 3 already and figured maybe I could just get it this way

I think you should get the armour from the buster medal shop . You can already upgrade it to cleasis with 100 cleasis booster per piece and there will be a path to exchange it to 13 star.

i got a bit confused. So for example if I have a +35 val farder and i want to rip the SAF from there onto lets say a vita sword (before converting it to an atlas), will i lose the val farder afterwards? or will it stay intact just without it's SAF?

if your weapon has 4 slots and you filled them all with S augment factors then you will have 0 slots for normal affixes. Thus I recommend most people to have at least 6-7 slots on their weapon so that you can put a few normal affixes such as Astral Soul.

alright guys!! looking for a vet or some friendly advice.. i managed to get a Val katana 8 slot to drop from the Crimson dragon last night (beginners luck? ;> ) i got that to +35. it has some nice augments on it, mainly defence/hp related. i'm looking to fill it up with S Augments tho.. but without losing the 4 other good augments it has on it (4 slots for S augs and 4 normals) any idea what would be the best way to do that? what im getting from kero's vid is that i'll have to use 8 slot fodder weapons and just chuck in the low value 100% augs? D; so yea, just looking for some advice on what to do with this weapon!! cheers

Hi, sry for the late reply! The solution for your question is actually a simple one! Step 1: Find out which S-Augments you want and which weapons give them pso2na.arks-visiphone.com/wiki/S-Grade_Augments Step 2: Either farm or buy the weapons you need and get them to +35 and throw the S-Augments onto those weapons. Step 3: Talk to Monica/ Dudu and select transfer S-Augments and place them into your 8 slot Val Katana. Side Notes: Your 'fodder weapons' with the S-abilities do NOT need to be 8 slots like your Val Katana. They can be 1 slot for all the game cares.

Sentence Arma gives 20 melee, 20 HP, 3 PP and can be obtained via SAF’s from a lot of Ivlida weapons. (Check your weapon collection folder!)

You would need an atlas gunblade to get the S4 life steal, then with the S-grade augment transfer option from Monica/Dudu you will be able to 'take' the S4 ability from the gunblade and put it onto your Atlas Katana.

I am probably gonna get a lot of flak and feel incredibly stupid for asking, buuuut.... HOW do you have over 5k of those items in your inventory? Game locks me off at the 999 cap and I have to go through the process of slowly pulling out a stack of Silvnia, trading it for Goldnia, then go grab another stack of Silvnia over and over again.. Same applies when I want to mass dismantle in Crafting Computer except I need to manually dump the stack that is in my inventory over into storage due to cap limitations..

I'm sure that's because he has the Material Storage open. Materials stored in the there can go beyond the normal storage cap, and you can pull them from there directly for purposes like Client Orders and certain item exchanges. It costs SG to rent, and you can rent it for either a month or three. Yes, it's rented, but honestly it's one of the most valuable use of SG imo
