Just about anyone who sits for several hours a day can bet they're tight in their psoas - a muscle that can contribute to tight hips and low back pain.
Grab a lacrosse ball or soft ball and give this one a try!
Remember, it's important to breathe through any mobilization you do. If the pain is tolerable, just breathe through it. If it feels sketchy.. then try to find a more gentle approach.
