How cool. Penn who got me started and Greger who showed me how. Kickass.

I had to chuckle over the conversation about Mormonism--I used to be Mormon. Too true. I am grateful for Dr. Greger's work. It has changed my life.

I make a home made onion soup, with garlic, mushrooms. Then I add.. amaranth, buckwheat, millet, Quinoa, Sorghum, and Teff. I add a 1/2 cup grain mixture with 1 cup of the onion soup. Tastes great. I make a homemade chili with 15 bean mix, 2 heaping Tbs of Chili, 2 heaping Tbs of Paprika, 2 heaping Tbs of Cheyenne pepper and 2 heaping Tbs of Ms. Dash. I first soak the beans for 2 days rinsing the beans every 12hrs and adding fresh water. I cook the beans for 4hrs, just bringing to a boil. Stirring every 20min. I eat one cup of chili with 1/2 cup of my grain mix. I eat a half sweet potato and something from the cabbage family daily. I mix 2oz of unmodified potato starch with 8oz water before meals. I eat 1oz walnuts/pecans. I eat 1Tsp of flaxseed and Chia seed mixed with coconut milk. I eat a half avocado a day. I eat 2 servings of berries daily as well. I drink 2 cans of low sodium v8 juice a day...with meals. I do eat other plant based foods, but this is mostly what I eat a day, every day. I eat twice a day. I do not start eating until noon to 1pm. I stop eating by 7pm. I have been on this routine for close to a year now. This has been my diet from day one when I turned vegan at that time.

I don't think Penn would approve there being a Trump campaign add at the start of this episode

I see it as a sign of desperation; Trump's losing his base and trying to convince people who wouldn't remotely be convinceable. I've been getting email please from Eric.

The adds are based on your internet history. My advert was for vegan vitamins

All of that food sounds kinda terrible if im honest. I cant imagine any thing they normally feed to beef cattle is good or good for you. Cows have 4 stomachs and re chew their own shit. Ill maybe not eat what cows eat thanks.

No one said eat grass. Grains, tubers and legumes are not grass.
@kidlitfanful4 жыл бұрын
@@nelsonbarrantes7349 absolutely. Humans aren't ruminants, no-one told the Ranting Hick to "eat what cows eat." Humans are AMAZINGLY good at finding excuses not to eat real food.
