Lenovo Ideapad 3 won't turn on, screen remains black

Lenovo Ideapad 3 won't leave sleep mode.
The laptop remains in sleep mode, the screen remains black.
Even if you try to turn it on, it won't boot, it won't show anything on the screen.
One solution that worked in my case was to remove all USB devices from the USB ports.
Then try to power it on, it worked in my case.
