This is the sequel to Motor Toon GP, and labeled as it overseas since that one didn't get out of Japan. This game is an improvement in some respects (more content, better graphics and item/power-ups that make sense), but controls have lost a part of the arcade feeling and the music is probably a bit worse.
This LP covers the main game mode until 23:44, and after that begins the goodie fest, with the reversed circuits (with some new assets) until 44:09, the realistic mode until 48:04, Tank Combat until 52:55, submarine game until 1:06:13, when the Game over cutscenes begin. -

Yes it is. It's one of the few games I bought on there and it looks great on the PS3 upscaled to 1080p.

Am I the only who thinks that Crazy Coaster feels like a course from WipEout? The oddly "futuristic" looking track details with glowing green accents and clear floors, I can't help but wonder if Kaz was inspired by WipEout in the creation of that course.

Great game. I actually think this is more impressive from Polys (Polyphony) than GT. It handled and played very well for it's time.
