That's right. Especially in Europe the Name "Need for Speed" was banned for this Game. And as Need for Speed Fan in Europe, you don't even know that V-Rally is a Need for Speed Game.

Im 35 years old now and I remember the best game that I used to play with my sister is that it is a V rally. It was beautiful days and beautiful games. My favorite car was (PEUGEOT 106 MAXI) my sister car (CITROEN SAXO ) 😢

Never played or heard of this nfs game. But the first thing i noticed was how the menu music is very gran turismo. I missed the boat on this one but i can immediately tell that menu music is nostalgic as hell hahah

This game is so good that I traded disc 3 of final fantasy 7 to get this. As for discs 1 and 2, I unfortunately don't have disc 1, but I still have disc 2. I don't really need disc 1 anyway. It's just bonus content.

XS5 is still my biggest nemesis. I just can't get it right, no matter what I do. I even chose one of the WRC cars, the Corolla to be exact, and even with the extra power and all wheel drive, I still couldn't beat it.

081588101 i am too. Lol. The description says it had the nfs name in the us, but i live in the us and the n64 version was just called vrally.

EA published the PlayStation version in the US and rebranded it as part of the Need For Speed series to help it sell. The N64 version was released as V Rally '99 in all territories.

No point releasing a higher res/fps version as the original game is low res.

hazy33 Of course there is. KZbin compresses videos more when they are on a lower quality setting, and if videos are uploaded with a low resolution, the higher quality settings won't be available. That's got a big impact on the viewability of the video. Besides, are you sure this game was 30fps originally?
