It's funny that you picked up right away that PSY's choreography is a bit odd in a fun way. That is what he's famous for! He will take actions or activities that are not associated with choreography - like pretending to ride a horse (his favorite), shooting finger guns, or just counting to 4 on your hand - and turn them into dance moves. He's going for funny in a weird and entertaining way, exactly how you described it!

In America we say Suga like just like 'sugar' without the R. But in Korean it's a bit different. His name is short for "shooting guard" so Koreans pronounce the first syllable like it sounds in "shoot." They will say "shoo-ga" or "shew-ga". The spelling in Hangeul (Korean alphabet) translates letter for letter to 'shew-ga'. But over there the English way to say it is catching on, so you will hear either one, and both are totally fine.

Just found your channel recently - loving the BTS reactions. There are some behind videos on Psy's youtube channel as well as on BANGTANTV for SUGA. He also surprised a crowd during one of Psy's concerts when he came out for this one song and the crowd went nuts. Love their friendship and respect and the tongue-in-cheek approach to the storyline. Hope you check out more. For SUGA, his two mixtapes have a few music videos... in order of sequence is 'AGUSTD" then "Give it to me" and then "Daechwita". The first 2 are from his first mixtape, when he was 'hungrier' for the life he saw in front of him at the time, and the last one is on his 2nd mixtape when he basically confronts his former self and decides he needs to keep his feet on the ground and focus on the music and quit worrying about fame and fortune and power. There are some behind videos on BANGTANTV for the making and some practice for the sword dance in the last one as well. Hope you check it out. He had to go through a lot of crap to get to where he is today and the first 2 MVs are more addressing the haters and telling them what he thinks of their judgement and prejudice against him.

Yeah, the MV is comedic :P don't be excessively careful in case somebody jump you ;) Psy has more serious songs/MVs like Happier. If you laugh in that one, then sure you deserve a punch.
