I know for a lot of people PSY was a 1 hit wonder, but he never disappeared from the music scene. He's made plenty of music since Gangnam Style and he has his own music company called P- Nation.

ive always read lyrics. since im a metal head and didnt always understand the lyrics so id read them. Psy actually owns his own record label. Suga is a very sought-after producer as well as an amazing rapper and a BTS member

Psy been around forever he is very popular in Korea before Gangnam Style song. My first song I heard from is We Are One which was back in '06. I love his song Daddy, Ganji, Right Now, Champion and more.

Suga is such a fantastic dancer and rapper. I love this song so much. Psy also performed this song on sugas D-Day tour as well it was legendary and so iconic

Hey guys 🤗 Loved the reaction Idk if you would want to check them out. But Psy actually has a whole bunch of hits in korea that are popular in the kpop music industry since gangnam style. They just didn't register on the American billboard charts or in American media but most kpop fans were aware of his continuous music making. Hes huge in korea 🤷🏾‍♀️ Some of his songs: -daddy -Gentlemen -Newface To name a few He even has a song with snoopdogg called "hangover" He also has his own label called "P-Nation"

Psy’s dancing and music clips all have a comedic touch to it. You should see the stuff he did after Gangnam Style. Gentlemen and Daddy from memory have that comedic touch to it. As the others said he created his own label PNation at some stage after Gangnam Style.

Hmm intersting point that Suga didn't feel like Suga bc most long time fans really see his touch here. But you hsve to know his producing work better to see it, I think. But that is not what I wanted to say Suga is producer so when he get hired by someone he doing this song for this person, like here PSY asked him to make song and Suga asked sbout style etc and give him this dong that fit PSY bc it is song for him (not for Suga) actually after Psy got the song then he asked Suga to be in song, and he agreeded and wrote his prat of lyrics that would fit in the vibe of song and he hopped in, so as feature he did great, he got on this beat and had fun and made sure to fit, bc this song from begining wasen't for him in any way. That how industry works, he got job to do and most important is that his client is happy with his work that he is proud of. If you are baker and you have to make cake you do what client wants of course it would have some kind of signature that it was you, but in the and it isn't for you but for client so you go with instructoins they give you. And the same goes with music industry. I don't know how much you know about it, bc maybe you knew it but you simply didn't think about it when you were talking. But yeah with collabs and featers it is important who is main artist... Psy was around long time and all this tome he did make music, he did take break like toubsaid youbsaw last song 2017, bc he started his company and focused more of it, ge saud in intrview that he plan to come back in 2020 with new music but bc of covid he decided to wait and then he did come with album "9th" and it was exacly this: his 9 album that he put out, "That that" was promotion single for this album. Hmm about lyrics in this they are yes basic but Psy song are more about fun so yeah... But even tho it us fun and all still Suga lyrisc are actually very poor translsted here. They go "Hey, did you forget what I do? I mean the lyrics i show here still are basic but they fit into song and MV so much he is talking about smacking and they do it in video..

We must remember that if there are 1Billion people who knows what you know there is still 7B who dont know😂... I have 0 intrest US/American-pop, so I wasnt even heard (before BTS) things like Billboard or Drake, J-Cole, Puth, Megan thee stallion, skz(?)... still havent listen eny of their songs😆, (but somewhere in my playlist are names like Elvis, Luis Armstrong, Bad Religion...😂). Maybe there must be somekind of intrest to start digging deeper - what ever it is - music, movies, rally, fishing, football...😅 Sorry my english and greetings from the edge of Europe

Psy's been way too busy running his own music label but let me just say he has always been big in Korea even before Gangnam style, he has only "been gone" from America since the American industry literally shut him out after Gangnam Style, they wanted him to be a one hit wonder in the States because he wouldn't sign with an American label that's what they do to foreign artists who refuse to play the payola game. If they can't make money off you by you giving them all the power they shut you down in the States. This is why it's so hard for independent artists to make it here unless they get a viral song on tik tok or other sites but it's usually one & done unless you sign with a huge label here. But he's been going for a long time before and after Gangdnam style and American's still treat him like a joke while he has an insane amount of respect in his country and has written many songs. Suga produces for many different Korean artists and he tries to cater to what the client wants or the sound they are looking for. Suga even produced Samsung's official song ring tone "Over the Horizon" 2 years in a row 2021 & 2022, I personally prefer 2021 version.
