Pinapapasadahan lang ulit samin dapat 'to ni Doc Woolsey para sa Psychotherapy class namin bukas pero dahil di ako ganon ka-tiwala sa stock knowledge ko, I still want to recall the basics & learn more insights na hindi ko nasipat nung unang beses ko 'tong natutunan 2-4 years ago sa senior high at first two years sa kolehiyo. Personally, I guess nakakatulong rin talaga na namnamin at himayin pa yung mga basic lessons in order to fully soak the wisdom and use the knowledge effectively. Maraming salamat dito, sir! Marami na kong na-re-recall at nadadagdag pa na bagong kaalaman agad even just nearly getting through the first half of your videos. Huge thanks

In my experience, connecting the theories with each other really helped. For example anong similarities ng mga theories and differences nila and how they can be applied with myself and the people around me. Ganon ko sila naretain sa utak ko. Of course it would be different per tao so you need to discover what works for you 🙂

Not necessarily na abandoned pero it's like they lack love, affection, attention etc. during their childhood days. Kahit na magkakasama sila sa iisang bahay and most probably severe yung sa mga neurotic kesa sa mga normal
