If God is really good, why does life seem so unfair? If He really loves us, why doesn’t He do something about our suffering? Renowned psychiatrist Dr. Curt Thompson (@BeingKnownPodcast) teaches us how to find and maintain hope in the face of immense personal and global suffering. Also, Maybe God host Eric Huffman opens up about his own personal suffering, including the very recent and devastating loss of his mother.

This is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST way of describing suffering l have EVER heard.... I've lived with fibromyalgia for most of my life and the pain and exhaustion I experience is very isolating. I'm not able to commit to doing that which a Christian is expected to do. I've been living alone for a long time and loneliness is a hardship that is so debilitating. And I really don't get it
