I almost felt a faint vibration from the golden light. At times I struggle and get distracted but I just gently redirect myself back and focus on the gold ball. If you have any advice to stay focused or to improve my visualization I would greatly appreciate it. This is so helpful and I am so grateful to you for sharing your knowledge. ✌🏻🫶🏻

Yes that’s normal. We don’t need to do anything perfectly. The most useful thing to me when I was learning was to let go and breathe…don’t try. Trying activates another aspect of your system (3rd chakra) which handles physical 3D reality. When u let go and breathe and follow playfully, more can shift. Hope that helps. 🩷
