There is grief that lowers the frequency, but it is the wanting/needing that causes the biggest barrier. If you temporarily release the needing/wanting and go into more ease, the connection can settle in. Settle into ease and think of anything you love, then think of your dad… when we are stuck in one direction we often have to go in another direction temporarily to get free enough to feel whole… Hopefully this is helpful, Alan

My beloved mom recently passed. I feel her presence when I walk through her garden. I ask her to come inside the house while I go back inside. I simply say, “ it’s ok mama, we are ok as long as you are ok” … I believe the souls of our loved ones need to know that we are ok.
