He is the son of the renowned Urdu poet Jan Nisar Akhtar and brother of lyricist Javed Akhtar. As a poet, Salman has published around nine volumes of poetry in English and Urdu each. What a wholesome interview. It challenged my thoughts, hinted out at a few unanswered questions, helped me gain an alternative perspective and elevated my psych in many ways.
