Thank you to listen to you it's interesting good advice to cope with our problem in our life such friendship for example or communication. I love the wisdom coming from the bible and i saw it's similar ideas you talked about . Take it for granted all things we have is a dangerous mindset. We should cultivate gratitude of our life , food , home , health, faith, getting word's God . I'm so happy to have opportunity to be free to do all things I want I spend my time to study English and to read the bible. The most important thing in life is to get a strong faith in God and appreciate all seasons such summer, Autumn, winter , ECT. Have a walk in the wood seeing the colours of the leaves red,yellow, orange ECT make you feel happy to enjoy the life which God give us .I love standing in front of the window to see falling the rain and hearing the sound of the water running on the ground it gives me a lot of feelings. I'm so glad because I have finished to work and have plenty time to appreciate the life and happiness is not coming from having a lot of money instead of that looking for the wisdom coming from God himself .Thank you so much to listen to your channel RICHARD ALVENTOZA

All these good and nice sayings are done by my mother but ived never paid her back because im a bad evil person not accnowledging all the good things done to me by nice people coz i dont know how to pay them back and help them in their time of their tribulation im just feel soory to them coz im feel ashame to offer my help coz i dont have finnacial to support them its not enought my body or my self tobe burn dead to offer them ..... To removed their pain and suffering i felt 3x as much as they feell worst.......
