Good question, they are actually deeply related. It is a matter of degree or a scale. Meaning psycholinguistics is the study of the relationship between linguistic factors and psychological aspects. Neurolinguistics on the other hand, is the study of the neural mechanisms in the human brain that control the comprehension, production, and acquisition of language. In other words, Neurolinguistics is a deeper study of that relationship between the brain and language.

That's an interesting one. You can think of it as hardware (brain) versus software (mind). Does that make sense?
