Razputin, having fled from the circus, tries to sneak into the camp, but is caught by the Psychonauts. They agree to let him stay until his parents arrive, but refuse to let him take part in any activities. However, they do allow him to take part in Coach Oleander's "Basic Braining" course, which he easily passes. Impressed, Agent Nein invites Raz to take part in an experiment to determine the extent of his abilities. During the experiment, Raz comes across a vision of Dr. Loboto, an insane ex-dentist, extracting Dogen's brain, but is unable to intervene. Raz eventually realizes that the vision is true after finding Dogen without a brain, but the Psychonauts refuse to believe him. After receiving additional training from Agent Vodello, Raz learns that Dr. Loboto is working on behalf of Coach Oleander, who intends to harvest the campers' brains to power an army of psychic death tanks. Lili is soon abducted as well, and with both Agents Nein and Vodello missing, Raz takes it upon himself to infiltrate the abandoned Thorny Towers Home of the Disturbed insane asylum where she was taken. Agent Cruller gives him a piece of bacon which he can use to contact Agent Cruller at any time, and tasks him with retrieving the stolen brains so that he can return them to the campers.

This classic action/adventure platformer from acclaimed developers Double Fine Productions follows the story of a young psychic named Razputin. In his quest to join the Psychonauts--an elite group of international psychic secret agents--he breaks into their secret training facility: Whispering Rock Psychic Summer Camp. But this is no average psychic summer camp! A mysterious villain has kidnapped Raz’s fellow campers and stolen their brains. Now he must use his psychic powers of Telekinesis, Levitation, and most of all his ability to project himself into the minds of others--to find the loose noodles and keep them from falling into the wrong hands. Fight mental demons! Uncover hidden memories! Sort emotional baggage! Explore the fantastic realm of the inner mind! Join the Psychonauts!
En route to the Motherlobe after capturing Loboto and recovering the comatose body of Truman, Raz joins the other Psychonauts inside Loboto's mind to learn his co-conspirator's identity, but they find his psyche secured against their efforts. However, Raz sees a vision of a woman whom Sasha identifies as Maligula, a cruel hydrokinetic who flooded and destroyed the capital of the fictional nation of Grulovia, Raz’s ancestral homeland. Maligula is believed killed by the Psychic Six, but her followers, the Deluginists, have looked to necromancy to resurrect her. The senior agents also suspect a double agent within the Psychonauts aided Loboto in kidnapping Truman.
At the Motherlobe, Hollis assigns Raz to work as an intern in the mail room under Nick. Raz finds Nick's brainless body and a key to a room at the Lady Luctopus Casino. Raz enters Hollis's mind to convince her that sending the interns on the mission would be a good idea. However, once there, Raz's manipulation brings out Hollis's latent gambling addiction, and Raz is forced to undo this to get the mission back on track. Inside the room, Raz finds evidence of the Deluginists as well as a slip of paper indicting Lili as the double agent, which he keeps to himself.

I bust out laughing when you said, “So ratatouille helps Raz through the clairvoyance.” This is mainly because it’s essentially the same as saying, “Raz used a vegetable dish to see the code for the door.” 😂

Elijah Wood and Jack Black are my favorite performances in this game. And part of the Song sequence is a reference to the "Nowhere Man" number from the 60's Beatles Yellow Submarine animated film.

Didn’t know about the reference, glad to find out! I honestly liked Jack Black too, Loboto’s and Sasha Nein’s voice actors did great jobs as well. I like that Sasha sounds pretentious or arrogant but with style, at the same time he’s kind and caring, who’s trying to keep his appearances. Also, Loboto’s fluctuating pitches captivated me all the time

Actually Cassie and Compton are at comptons old ranch in green needle gultch where he stored the animals talking about the new honey business and how there are still some issues with the queen bee as they need her for the business as the honey is considered one of the best. Other fun things post game: You are now on the wall of physconauts history Lucreia and her history is now part of the physic six (seven) history Bob has a sign saying gone to grulovia Dion and guru (the skateboard girl) are a thing Queepie becomes a DJ for morris' radio show (once his quest is done)
