Hi! My name's Bill Bounce, in this video I'll recap and explain the story of one of its kind zombie simulator - Stubbs the Zombie. Enjoy!
Here is a little explanation of what Stubbs the Zombie actually is:
In Stubbs the Zombie, the player plays as a zombie, and the primary goal is to kill humans and devour their brains. Eating brains gives back a certain amount of lost health to the player as well as converting those humans into zombies, causing them to fight alongside the player. The player has the option of beating an enemy to death with melee strikes or to transform them into zombies. Stubbs' zombie state prevents him from wielding any conventional weapons, and instead wields a variety of improvised weaponry and combat techniques, most of which are done using a specific body part as explosives or makeshift devices. Stubbs can drive a wide variety of vehicles, such as cars, tractors and tanks. All of the aforementioned improvised weapons, excluding Stubbs' hand, will convert enemies they kill into zombies. Stubbs can herd zombies which are in range by whistling. Since there is a limit to how many zombies will follow him at a time, Stubbs can guide the rest by sending whole groups of zombies in a direction with a single shove. Stubbs' zombie followers can kill humans and eat their brains, just like Stubbs can, and any human killed by one of his minions will also turn into a zombie. An enemy that fires upon a zombie in a group will attract the attention of all the rest of the zombies. Crowds of zombies serve as a great shield when approaching enemies armed with ranged weapons and are needed for sowing the necessary chaos and confusion into a difficult melee.

When I was playing Insane difficulty, I found that directly killing and infecting humans more than using vehicles and possessed humans except for the most powerful enemies helped a great deal to beat the game on that difficulty.

Good insight! I can't imagine how it is possible to go through the Dam or the Punchbowl's ruins on insane difficulty, I bet It feels like being a real zombie

This game eerily parallels Destroy All Humans in so many ways. It's a 7th-gen console game where you play as "the bad guy" in a 3rd person perspective with a humorous tone in a 1950's era world, both involving brains....and both are criminally underrated outside of their small cult followings. DAH got amazing remakes of the first two games and I'd love to see Stubbs get the same treatment, but I think it's even more obscure than DAH, and being owned by a Disney subsidiary, we should be thankful for the basic re-release we did get.

They definitely should remake Stubbs the zombie game and hopefully if the game sells well , we could even get a Stubbs the zombie sequel .

DAH is on my list of games I’ve always wanted to try, so if you say these two franchises are similar I definitely have to try DAH!

You're definitely right that the tone and subject matter kept this niche. It's got a fun sense of humor but if you're not already your thing, you'd probably be confused.

Honestly this is one the best games I’ve ever played easily. Spent so much time as a kid on this on the original Xbox, now I’m currently grinding for the Platinum Trophy for this game on the PS5 with only 2 Trophies left! even had fun doing the insane run. The dance battle I’m finding really hard to complete though lmao

@@Jake227-em2gn agree! The game is truly special but getting the Platinum Trophy sounds unreal especially closer to end the game becomes insane and yeah the dance battle is too excruciating, I’d never be able to complete it perfectly. How does it go for you so far?

@@BillBounce insane difficulty was annoying at times don't get me wrong but i enjoyed it lol i only need to complete the game under 2 hours and get 100% on the Dance battle then i get Plat, gonna focus this weekend try get the dance battle done wish me luck.

How did you get the game to have that kind of color balance because the cutscenes always look like it has hi sunshine bright gamma correction and the gameplay sections are always grainy and have a green type filter

Yeah, good question! I bought it in Epic Games Store, because I was trying to find a copy without those irritating green filters
