I remember Sasha said Censors indicate that a person is somewhat sane, pretty much every mind you enter has them except for Basic Braining, Lungfishopolis, Meat Circus and Milkman Conspiracy. But what I love about Milkman Conspiracy is that Boyd only has a couple of Censors pop up at the end; and the Milkman stands astride the hinterlands of Boyd's twisted psyche and actively kills them off.
