Fantastic as always, thank you Tom! I love your Juice WRLD reactions so much. Juice was someone who got me through some of the lowest points in my life and it's awesome you are able to see how much of an inspiration he was to some of us. I'm sure you have a long list of songs to review, but Sometimes by Juice would make for a great video. It was never released, he made it alone on his birthday. So much emotion in his voice and an amazing beat. Keep up the great work I look forward to more videos!

This is an amazing concept it rare to see stereotypical white man(not the mgk type basically) speak on hip hop in a completely unbiased manner I love how hes connecting two different cultures and humanizing rap lyrics instead of automatically assuming "those hiphop songs all they talk about is sex and drugs and violence" or having that mindset. SO from a person who grew up mixed black and white its very amazing to see this even my own family members cant see the beauty in the art, to the detriment of how I assumed the world viewed anything"black" as a child and still now so im very greatful for the content it has given great comfort to know that not all non hip hopers lol see the art form as trash. Thank you💕

Heard this song so many times before this but just realized how j cole speeds up his lyrics to match lil baby before they switch then lil baby slows down his lyrics right before it transitions back to the Chorus(j cole) idk just makes the song flow so much better

I always thought it was an artistic choice in this song how the vibe of the song changes like that J coles is the part of him that knows how bad pride is for ppl but then lil baby’s part about him living the high life is the prideful side of him that loves what he’s doing despite how bad his mindset could be from it. Idk I’m high rn so maybe I’m reading too much into it haha.

Babys content at the beginning of the verse is based on a lifestyle of ignorance and pride. And him being aware of the danger of pride and the life he's living. Lil baby is intelligent once you look under the surface. Granted majority of his content raps about his status and things he's earned.
