I always thought "stuck in a maze" and "the same black hole that's in place of my soul" were a reference to Juice Wrld suffering from depersonalization disorder (confirmed he had this by Laroi in doc). There are a lot of references to dissociation in Juce Wrld songs e.g "detached from myself" in Burn & "Vision kinda blurry, I can't see s**t" in All Life Long.

JuiceWrld was 100 percent honest and real about his life and feelings in his lyrics. The music was his therapy. Unfortunately many people around him just didn’t really question the lyrics and after watching the Showtime documentary, it seemed like nearly everyone in his circle were using drugs but probably just not at the same level as JuiceWrld was. The documentary even shows Juice always offering drugs and everyone accepting. So I feel like some didn’t want to disrupt that free ride, so they didn’t bother saying anything. It’s a shame, because it’s hard to tell who your friend is, if they are getting free drugs from you.
@drewthadude3 жыл бұрын
The thing with Ally was she took her share of drugs as well, but she did try to limit him on his use and they had multiple fights because of it. She was trying to help him slow down and they had plans to go to rehab in January of 2020, but unfortunately he OD'd the previous month. The documentary will show where she did try to slow his use, but there's only so much you can do. She did her best and did help him a lot and he died knowing he was loved by her 100%. She was his solid support when nobody else was, but a girlfriend can't replace professional help, and unfortunately his life ended right before he was supposed to get help.

You gotta appreciate this man‘s work for going over these and every single lyrics that much in detail. Especially when it comes to Juice Wrld, often you listen to his music in the mood of turnup & party due to his melodies and sometimes you just listen, hear the lyrics, maybe even think about the lyrics…but your text breakdowns make you see it in a whole another perspective, u feel me? Im glad this man started his channel like that this year, i also like other (maybe funnier or entertaining themed) reactors too, but theres something special bout those reactions. Day's behind, probably won't be seen and honestly not sure if anyone said this yet or not. Juice was his own biggest fan, normally most artist can write/listen to there own music only a little bit, get it right, then never touch it again unless it's a performance. Juice listened to everything he made, he would constantly listen around his friends, he made the music for himself and what he was going through and is why so many people can relate. He knew how to create that vibe, that space, where everything just melts away for the time being while your in his company. I don't know many artists who were fans of there own work like Juice was, it showed.
