In the lyrics "Soon, I'll be 60 years old, my daddy got 61" his dad turned 61 years old and then died of a heart attack back in 2012.

Lukas Forchhammer's (the singer) dad died in September 2012 at 61 from a heart attack.

I always love how he goes home for most of his videos - especially those that mean something to him/about the people in his life. His father (Lukas') died before he went on stage at a music fest in 2012 at the age of 61. When I saw you reacting to this, I wasn't even paying attention as much as I should've and thought it was the version (7 Years Later, Live). It's this song but he released it on the 7 year anniversary of releasing the song so, even though he sings the lyrics, as it is live, he adds a bit (mentions his wife there, etc).

The best part of this video is from 5:18 when you mentioned about to appreciate your life and not looking for the next bad thing to happen. Thank you thank you! It is great inspiration of how to stay happy with what you got. Thank you!

Man this song is so special to me, gotta love seeing a Dane on this channel. This was a friend of mine, favourite song, and he died 8 years ago, man may he rest in peace, he didnt even reach 18

One Thing I noticed listening to this, is when he says the lyric "soon _we'll_ be 30 years old" but then later it moves to "soon _I'll_ be 60 years old"

Yes Tom! As a Dane this means a lot! Been a big fan of Lukas graham for ages! Please do more reactions to him! Moving alone is one of my favourites of his (and the rest of the 2012 album). I know you’ll love it too, cus it’s about a father-son relationship;)
