hey there, if I am dealing with the internal sensible gains with a VRF system separately (i.e I'm just trying to remove heat from outside at AHU) can I provide a CFM based on a required ACH? Then I can size the coil based on that CFM? thanks

Is the vrf handling all of the load except the OA? The dog so then yes it sounds right to me.

This is the same as my scenario, fan coils are dealing with the sensible gains. I based it on ACH, my only other question is if i am not taking into account the sensible building loads only outdoor air how do i calculate the enthalpy h1 & h2?
If air at dry bulb temp at 36 deg C, RH 42 %, can i cool the air upto 11 deg C by directly adding chilled water into air through evaporatorive cooler. What is the required sprayed make up chilled water temp, quantity, amd chiller TR for makeup water? Kindly explain with calculation

At 19 min: Why SHR lines needs to connect with supply temperature point A and not with outside air temperature point B?

The only reason "B" OAT is to calculate "C" MAT, other than than that "B" is irrelevant. The evaporator coil only sees the conditions at "C". After the air leaves the coil it will be sensibly warmed by the blower, duct, and space at the SHR ratio. RH will fall from near 95% as it passed through the coil, to the design RH in the "A" space.

Could someone leave a timestamp on how did he calculate and find the latent heat? And how do you get different cfm between supply and return? Most blower motor are constant rated

1) Take your outside wet bulb and dry bulb and mark it on the chart where they meet. 2) Take your inside wet bulb and dry bulb and mark it on the chart where they meet. 3) Draw a strait line between them. 4) Mark another point on the chart along the line you drew at the percentage between the marks that your outside air damper is open.

looks lie your index point is @ 75 DB instead of 78. Great video nonetheless
